This procedure will ignore the prompt to add this user.
1. Open Yahoo Messenger
2. On ‘Messenger’ drop down menu click ‘Preferences’
3. Select ‘Ignore List’ and be sure to mark “Ignore only the people below”
4. Click on the ‘Add’ button
5. Add the YM ID that sends unwanted message.
6. Click on ‘Ignore’ button to ignore the user.
7. Click ‘Apply’ to save the settings. And ‘OK’ to exit the configuration.

I have already applied this procedure earlier but the problem persist. as such this is not the right solution …

we can hide it but how can we remove it permanently??????

dungco_vb distubing always when i am in chat rooms. Also as per your instruction as above even ignored IM receives So i request you sir, kindly remove permenantly from my sight so thankful to you

Try doing this people,access the task manager (ctrl-alt-del or ctrl-shift-esc) then go to the processes tab then look for the process worm_dungcoi.a or anything with the dungcoi,then afterwards clean your registry with any registry cleaner program.
*Restart ur computer after doing this…
*I hope this works,worked for me..

This dungcoi_vb is biggest headache i ever had till now. pls find a solution to remove it. I am totally fed up with this problem
