The Laughing Psycho Kitty Cat

TrendLabs Malware Blog posted a new Nuwar samples currently spreading via email messages that pretends to be an eCards sent by a trusted person. It displays a webpage about the “Laughing Psycho Kitty Cat” with attractive, bold and bigger ”Click Here” link.

When users click on the link, he will be redirected to a website with malicious script that can download a file usually named SuperLaugh.exe.

Users are once again advised to avoid clicking on links that come from unexpected users. This kitty may be cute, but remember, curiosity could kill it (and your computer).
