Seeing this “KIBAKI TOSHA KIBAKI TENA” message during Windows logon means that you have been infected with W32.Baki.A. A worm that spreads via local, network and removable drives.
It is known to promote a presidential candidate in Kenya and has a full message of:
“KIBAKI FOR PRESIDENT VOTE KIBAKI FOR A BETTER FUTURE. We need a person who have thought of tomorrow and willing to salvage our country .Kibaki have done so in the past five years. KIBAKI TOSHA TENA”

I am grieved by this kind of ploy which is simply out there to waste peoples time and valuable resources. As a presidential candidate would you sacntion such a vote seeking campaign? I would not becuase for sure the result has been only to annoy. Could kenyan so called IT geeks steer clear of suck ploys. It will only earn you a bad mane and no maney. I harmels email viral maketing campaign would have done the same and even acchieved more results that this kibaki rubbish.
drop me a line a I will tell you a thing or 3 about how to design and deploy a harmless but very very effective deskmate campaign based on flash. Do you recal how lion king the movie was launched in LA 2005? If you are inner circle I am surprised some some could spend so much codinf time to make W32.Baki.A. script.

<p>This is very stupid of you when you can create a virus to cripple operations of most organisations which have nothing to do with your campaign hype but only serving Kenyans. Our busy network which runs 24×7 in the service industry has been hit by this virus. All the pcs registry has been messed-up with all data lost. This is ‘Criminal act’ & trust the law will catch up with you soon.</p>
All these crooks who have been paid to do this dirty work have finally hit the last name on the Presidnetial race coffin. This is 500,000 votes removed from PNU & ‘KIBAKI TENA TEAM’ You missed the point and did something very destructive. You better reverse this immediately lest you invoke lots of legal suits against your candidate.

There is a free shareware tool at http://www.smadav.co.nr which removes the worm and using the same tool you can resores the run, control panel, folder options. Then use gpedit to restores the clock and regedit to completely removes registry values. This means you require a technical know-how for the registry.
