   1. Download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (mbam-setup.exe) and save it on your Desktop.
   2. After downloading, double-click on mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
   3. Follow the prompts and install as “default” only
   4. Before the installation completes, check on the following prompts:
   - Update Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware
   - Launch Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware
   5. Click “Finish.” Program will run automatically and you will be prompt to update the program before doing a scan. Please update.
   6. Scan your computer thoroughly.
   7. When scanning is finished click on the “Show Results”
   8. Make sure that all detected threats are marked, click on Remove Selected.
   9. Restart your computer.

   it doesn’t work completely, at least not on vista. it looks like its gone but it’s still there. i have winpatrol which shows it. malwarebytes removes the annoying popups though. for anyone that has win patrol, after smart antivirus is “removed” you will keep getting a message if the smart antivirus can restart or not on reboot. there is also a yuree75.exe file that looks suspicious too but not sure if its related.

    i got all ov dem n suffered a lot!!
    i tried malwarebytes itz quite good!!!
    but 4 such cases u can also use EAV ANTIVIRUS SUITE…free edition from download.com!! juz scan da memory n terminate suspicious background activities!!

    Thank for the info but I think mind was infected more than what’s listed. I got an error message of Smart Antivirus 2009 earlier but the installer also disable my ‘Task Manager’, ‘Regedit’, ‘Display Properties’ and hide all my drives in my PC. Any idea how to sort it out?

    William, go to tools and resources area. You can find there ways to enable those that were disabled by the virus.

    nevermind i got it…but when i restarted it a error came on….oh well ill keep playing with it…thank you so much webmaster,,..i almost cried when i had that virus because i have so much important files on there

    hey hazem, can u tell me where is the tools and resources area…i think i am badly affected by it….the machine is extremely slow and i can’t run the malware from the USB key…is there a way to run it from the setup…its very frustrating

    HELP!! i did follow the instructions but after the scan and removal of virus and ask for restart.. i pressed yes then after the restart my computer stack at my desktop and not able to click any.. not even the alt+ctrl+delete HELP!!!!!!
