HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Values:
"SFCDisable" = "FFFFFF9D"
"SFCScan" = "0"
 

5. Exit the Registry Editor and restart the computer.
