Navigate to the subkeys and delete the value:

Navigate to the subkeys and delete the value:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
Value:
"Check_Associations" = "No"

6. Exit Registry Editor and reboot the computer.
