Navigate to subkey and delete the value:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\Windows\CURRENTVERSION\Policies
\Explorer\Run
Value: "lds" = "%System%\lodcst.exe"

Navigate to and delete the following subkeys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\bridges
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\ENUM\ROOT\LEGACY_BRIDGES

 

6. Exit registry editor and restart the computer.
