Navigate to and delete the following registry subkeys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\CLSID\{[RANDOM CLSID 1]}
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\CLSID\{[RANDOM CLSID 2]}

 

6. Exit registry editor and restart the computer.
