Backdoor.Eterok allows unauthoreized access on infected computer by opening a network port in it and may serve as a relay for an attacker.

MANUAL REMOVAL:

3. Update the virus definitions.
4. Run a full system scan.
5. Delete any values added to the registry. [how to edit registry]

Navigate to and delete the subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\polymorphreg

 

6. Exit registry editor and restart the computer.
