Navigate to and delete the following subkeys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\PigeonServer
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\
LEGACY_PigeonServer

Navigate to the following subkey and delete the value:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
Value:
"Check_Associations" = "no"

 

6. Exit Registry Editor and reboot the computer.
