1. Restart the computer using the Windows Recovery Console [how to]

a) Type cd system32, Press Enter
b) Type del twpkad.dll, Press Enter
c) Type del twpkbd.sys, Press Enter
d) Type del zq.dll, Press Enter
e) Type del zq.sys, Press Enter
f) Type del rfd7.a3d, Press Enter
g) Type del xmx.a3d, Press Enter
h) Type del redir.a3d, Press Enter
i) Type del fmsk.a3d, Press Enter
j) Type del tndb.bin, Press Enter
k) Type del tnstt.a3d, Press Enter
l) Type del seDS.a3d, Press Enter
m) Type del kgcpt.dat, Press Enter
n) Type del uud7.a3d, Press Enter
o) Type exit, computer will restart

2. Temporarily disable System Restore (Windows Me/XP). [how to]
3. Update the virus definitions.

4. Reboot your computer in safe mode. [how to]
5. Run a full system scan and delete all infected files.

6. Delete any values added to the registry. [how to edit registry]

Navigate to and delete the following subkeys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\twpkad
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\twpkbd
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_TWPKBD
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\twpkad
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\Minimal\ycsvga.sys
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\Network\ycsvga.sys

Navigate to the following subkey and delete the value:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management
Value: "EnforceWriteProtection" = "0"

Navigate to the following subkey and delete the value:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wscsvc
Value: "Start"

6. Exit registry editor and restart the computer.
