Navigate to the subkeys and delete the value:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell
HKEY_ALL_USERS\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\load
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Userinit
Value:
"Shell" = "%Windir%\nrcs.exe"
 

6. Exit registry editor and restart the computer.
