Trojan.Flush.J removal procedure requires technical know-how on

1. Temporarily disable System Restore (Windows Me/XP).

4. Run a full system scan and delete all infected files.
5. Delete any values added to the registry.

Navigate to the subkey and delete the value:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Value: "XXentryXX" = "XXvalueXX"
6. Exit the Registry Editor.
7. Delete the entries added to the RAS phonebook file.
a) Click Start, and then click Search.
b) Click All files and folders.
c) In the "All or part of the file name" box, type: rasphone.pbk
d) Verify that "Look in" is set to "Local Hard Drives" or to (C:).
e) Click More advanced options.
f) Check Search system folders.
g) Check Search subfolders.
h) Click Search.
i) If you find rasphone.pbk file, right-click the file, and then click
Open With.
k) Deselect the Always use this program to open this program check box.
l) Scroll through the list of programs and double-click Notepad.
m) When the file opens, delete all the following lines:
IpDnsAddress = 85.255.114.78
IpDns2Address = 85.255.112.101
IpNameAssign = 2
n) Close Notepad and save your changes when prompted.
8. In order to make sure that Trojan.Flush.J is
completely eliminated from your computer, carry out a full scan of your
computer using
AntiVirus and
Antispyware Software. Another way to delete the virus using various
Antivirus Program without the need to install can be done with
Online Virus
Scanner.
