Navigate to the subkeys and reset the value:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\0
Value: "1201" = ""

6. Exit the Registry Editor and restart the computer.
