Value: "MinVersion" = "0x0A0E218B"

Navigate to the subkey and delete the value:
HHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Value: "AppInit_DLLs" = "%System%\[LIST][RANDOM CHARACTER NUMBER].dll"

 

6. Exit registry editor and restart the computer.
