W32.Womble.A@mm gather email addresses from the infected computer and propagates by exploiting the Microsoft Windows Graphics Rendering Engine WMF SetAbortProc Code Execution vulnerability.

Navigate to the subkeys and delete value:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Value: "ms_net_update" = "%System%\[ORIGINAL FILE NAME]"

Navigate to the subkey and delete value:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WinUpdate
Value: "Version" = "3"

Navigate to the subkey and reset value:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Shares
Value: "dvd" = "CSCFlags=0"

6. Exit the Registry Editor and restart the computer.
