Once you removed the virus “Internet Security 2010″ (i used Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware scanner, Internet Explorer and Mozilla still both have embedded add-ons or something like that which stop you from going to some sites. I got past that error message by resetting the internet explorer settings, Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Reset, it doesn’t clear your favorites, but it will trash any personalizing you’ve done with IE.
