Obviously, computers who experienced this alterations are already compromised with a fake anti-virus program. It may be part of your browser but this top portion is embedded to trick you into getting the registered version of a potentially unwanted program. The message will appear as:

MSN recommends you to activate Live Security Suiteto protect your PC from malicious intrusions from internet.
Ignore this warning and never execute any links it provided. Clicking on a link will redirect your Internet browser to a payment processing web site where cyber criminals can extract you credit card information and charge it for a certain amount.
