This scare tactic attempts to mislead computer users and make them believe that a Trojan is trying to access the Internet. It pretends as a legitimate network traffic-blocking program to uphold itself as a useful security tool.

How to Remove Total Security Firewall Alert

3. Start Windows in Safe Mode with Networking.
