How to remove gphone.exe virus

My antivirus keeps on detecting a gphone.exe virus on my computer. I believed this was acquired on Yahoo messenger when I clicked on a link sent by my chatmate. I cannot update my antivirus either and blocks internet access. Help me remove gphone.exe on my computer please.
