I want a refund from you people. I purchased the antivirus pro 2010 and have had nothing but problems with my computer. Now I see why it is a frigin fake. I am going to turn you people into the BBB if you do not refund my 50.00. THEIVES!!!!!!!
I purchased this software and recieved nothing not only that it made MAJOR PROBLEMS for my computer. I spoke with my Lawyer and she informed me to get in touch with this Total-Security and get a REFUND of $79.09,within a weeks time.If you don,t REFUND my money back to me you will be hearing from the BBB.As hard as people work it,s a shame that this company is a FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!
This software is rogue and worthless. After nothing but problems on my computor, I investigated Total Security.
Your company has been reported as being a fake…TONS of complaints and requests for refunds. Not only is the software nothing but junk, you people charged $ 79.90 to my credit card and another charge of $ 2.40. This was much more than the stated offer on the software actually was !! More than I thought I was spending !! I want a refund. Someone needs to contact me via email. If I do not recieve a refund, I too will report you to the BBB and contact an attorney. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
FURTHERMORE… you offer a refund if the customer is not satisfied with the product, yet you do not even provide a telephone number or contact details on your website.

On October 2008, I was charged to my credit card $77.00 por a program I don’t have or order, and now my credit card, that belong to Bank of AMERICA, is charging me $277.00 for late fee and unpaid balance.
What I want is, your phone number and to know who order your product on my name. I have to dispute that charge that I did not order.
