Smart Defragmenter or sometimes called as the SmartDefragmenter virus is not just an ordinary rogue antivirus application, instead to be distinguished for not being part of a family of rogue AV applications, Smart Defragmenter keeps on flagging itself as a tool for Windows that is necessary to improve system performance. It may not display fake warning alerts and messages but it will often show alerts that your computer is in danger for not being able to optimize it.
