After using the System Progressive Protection license key or registration code, I was able to use my computer. After that, I installed malwarebytes anti-malware and run a complete scan. It found dozens of virus, which I think is part of System Progressive Protection. Deleted whatever threat present on the scan results and rebooted the computer.
During Windows start-up, there is no more scanning from the malware. No pop-ups are bugging me anymore. In short, activating plus scanning will do the job. There are no complicated steps done to delete the malware from the PC.
