I guess it may be foolish to ask but why are these folks not being charged with fraud? I once actually paid the registration fee then one year later when it was time to pay the fee again it killed my antiviral software (stopped it) blocked cnt alt del – could not run task manager and blocked all on line scans I tried. I also could not install microsoft security software – nothing seemed to work. Thank you for the infomation on how to remove this nasty and seemingly criminal software.
