Mswbar.dll is part of a browser toolbar called MyWebSearch. Some security programs quarantined or removed this file from the system. Thus, giving you an error messages everytime you start your computer:
How to Fix Unable to find mswbar.dll
1. Please go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove any of these applications present:
2. Go to Internet Explorer Menu. Then, Tools>Options
3. Internet Options will appear, go to Programs tab

4. Click on Manage add-ons, Disable the name/filenames that consists of mwsoemon.exe, s4bar.dll, s42ns.exe, s4bareq.exe, my2ns.exe, mysrchas.dll, NPMyWay.dll, and mwsbar.dll.
5. With Administrator privilege go to, Start>Run = msconfig, then click OK

6. System Configuration Utility will appear. Uncheck any entries that contains: mwsoemon.exe, s4bar.dll, s42ns.exe, s4bareq.exe, my2ns.exe, mysrchas.dll, NPMyWay.dll, and mwsbar.dll. Then click Apply to save the settings.
7. Restart your computer.
8. After restarting computer, System Configuration Utility warning will appear. Check the box to prevent the warning from displaying again when Windows starts.
