VBS.Mondezimia
VBS.Mondezimia is a VBS, html, htm, and htt file infector that repeatedly infects all html files it can find on the infected computer. It can arrive on the system with an infected .html page. VBS.Mondezimia is capable of modifying Windows registry to run itself automatically when Windows is started. This virus may append VB script to the end of .html file that will increase its size to 35,581 bytes more.

Characteristics
Once VBS.Mondezimia is executed, it instantly drops a number of files under System folder of Windows. Then, it infects all HTML, HTM and HTT files on all accessible fixed drives of the compromised computer.
The virus will embed a malicious Visual Basic Script on target files causing the worm to propagate. This script can execute on most operating systems without the need to install additional program. Typically, an Internet browser loads VBS scripts automatically when a containing HTML file is opened.

How to Remove VBS.Mondezimia

3. Start Windows in Safe Mode with Networking.
- From a power-off state, turn on the computer and press F8 on your keyboard repeatedly.
- Your computer will display Windows Advanced Boot Options menu. Please select Safe Mode with Networking.
- The system will now boot Windows and loads only necessary drivers and files.
