Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware is an anti-malware application that can thoroughly remove even the most advanced malware. It includes a number of features, including a built in protection monitor that blocks malicious processes before they even start.

Threat Removal Procedure:
1. Download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (mbam-setup.exe) and save it on your Desktop.
2. After downloading, double-click on mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
3. Follow the prompts and install as “default” only
4. Before the installation completes, check on the following prompts:

Update Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware
Launch Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware

5. Click “Finish.” Program will run automatically and you will be prompt to update the program before doing a scan. Please update.
6. Scan your computer thoroughly.
7. When scanning is finished click on the “Show Results”
8. Make sure that all detected threats are marked, click on Remove Selected.
9. Restart your computer.

Several bugs will block MBAM from loading, try renaming the file and .exe file

There is a free version and one you have to pay for. I downloaded the free
version. It worked.

The fake protection sytem wont let me download the malwarebyytes program

Can’t execute .exe files, i think its like in meta name that block all anti virus. Even if it is installed in flash drive, the executable task will block.

simply rename the file to something like a.exe and execute. it worked for me

i downloaded and installed the free trial version, i followed each and every step indicated. but when i clicked on the finish button, the program wont start. the classified.exe is blocking the program from running. what do i do now?

go to your task manager and close all programs then quickly pull up the malware program it worked for me hope it works for you

hi, im trying to download malwaresbytes , to get rid of a program called alpha anti virus but the alpha keeps blocking me from downloading it and almost everything im using on internet explorer can anyone tell me how to get about this ?? please

I was able to stop alpha useing task manager end task on alphaav.ex and alpha antivirus.ex under the processes window. Do this if you can open task manager then try to download malwarebytes. save it to your desktop and go from there. Make sure you update it. this is a new version of alpha

I bought full version of spyware doctor to get rid of alpha anti virus and it hasn’t worked. Ive done 2 full scans. I can’t delete the file and pop ups still keep coming up! Any ideas???

Malwarebytes appers to have done it for me. Downloaded the free version, ran the scan, followed the reccomended removals, and so far no annoying alpha anti virus popups.

Had to do the down load to an uninfected computer then transfer the file as AAV would not let me download directly to the infected computer

Having a really horrible time with “Windows Police” . . . Will not let me open any file. Not sure what to change the file name to (I have tried some other names and still will not let me open files. I can open Task manager . . . But it does me little good. I can only get into windows safe mode . . . But then not sure where to go from there. When I try to open MalwareBytes a cmd box opens and closes so fast (do not think there is anything in it–But just too fast.) That is all that happens. I try to do other stuff–But nothing. Running on no sleep and cannot sleep until I get desk top running. Frustrated? When changing file name–Do you change the .exe part?? Not sure how to do that and then how to open it. I do change the name before .exe but that does me no good as absolutely no programs will open.

I’d appreciate any help!! I know some stuff–Enough to get me into trouble (sometimes I do get out of it)

I was able to delete Windows Police file . . . But still not able to do anything. I have tried to go back to last time it worked–But fairly new install and no marker to go back to . . . .

my problem is that i cant get the file to open. ive renamed it. i dont know if renaming it only consists of clicking on the name, erasing it, and putting a new one in… but ive tried that a few times. i saw where someone says that i should download it on a different computer and put it onto this with an aav file but i have no idea what that is… any ideas?

My husbands laptop won’t even allow you to get to the control panel or anything on the start menu. Can’t get to internet to instal program, or do a system restore. Now the laptop is completely useless. All that happens is the cyber security window pops up and that’s all. Please help! I hope we don’t have to take it in and have the hard drive erased.

hi everyone
i’m very happy bez i just got ridof from CYBER SECURITY it automatically get download to my laptop when i open a link in a email that was of a porn site it install so quickly it even not give me a second to stop it so i seach how can i remove it bez i was not able to remove with control penal so i try to download this above programme to remove it but to my surprise it even not open atall i mean when i click on open just in a second it close so i download another program called SPYWARE DOCTOR it ask me to purchase which i dont want to so now i just wonder that 2 program i install they didn’t help me so what to do then god put this in my mind to go IN COMPUTER THEN CLICK PROGRAM FILES AND UNDER IT CLICK COMMON FILES HERE I SAW A OPTION TO UNINSTALL CYBER SECURITY I JUST CLICK IT AND IN A SECOND IT REMOVE C SECURITY FROM MY LAPTOP SO AS IT WORK ON MY LAP MAY B IT WORK ON URS ALSO TRY IT i’m sure if under commom files u have uninstall option then u will b able to save ur pc from this rouge as i did

Boy, that was a nasty one to get rid of. Once I got the Alpha software to stop blocking your fix program, it got rid of it in 2 minutes. Thank you very much!!!
